Pair of pendant lamps attributable to the “Semi” model, designed by Claus Bonderup and Torsten Thorup for Fog & Mørup in the 1960s. The wide, floating shape of the canopy, inspired by the organic geometries of Danish design, reflects the minimalist research developed by the two designers during the season of Scandinavian modernism. The red lacquered metal accentuates the graphic character of the product, while the small upper perforations contribute to a soft, indirect light diffusion. The “Semi” model, originally presented in 1968, became one of the icons of Danish lighting in the second half of the 20th century. Good condition. May show some signs of aging. Please pay attention to the photographs.
