Essential, understated lines define this Scandinavian 1950s/60s model: the lacquered wooden stem opens down into three slender legs with tapered sections, providing stability without weighing down the figure. The fabric lampshade has been renewed, faithfully following the period design. The electrical system is the original one and has been tested and found to be in working order; the paint coating shows normal signs of time visible in the photographs.Good condition.
