Danish coffee table attributed to Børge Mogensen and manufactured by Søborg Møbler in the 1950s. Made of solid teak, it features a rectangular top characterized by shaped edges and gently rounded corners, details that lighten the profile and enhance the material quality of the wood. The structure rests on slightly inclined tapered legs, connected by thin brass tie rods that introduce a refined textural contrast and contribute to the stability of the whole. The restrained proportions and essential design reflect the functionalist language of postwar Danish design. Good condition. May show signs of aging. Please pay attention to the photographs.
