Scandinavian coffee table produced by Alberts Tibro, a Swedish manufacturer active after World War II and known for its quality woodwork. Made of teak, it features a slightly contoured top with beveled edges that soften the design and highlight the natural wood grain. The structure is slender, with tapered legs and balanced proportions, reminiscent of the Nordic modernist language of the 1960s. A distinctive element is the lower shelf made with a weave of wooden slats, a solution that combines practical function and decorative value, visually lightening the structure and adding depth to the whole. This detail is found in several Scandinavian productions of the same period. Printed mark present under the top: Alberts Tibro – Made in Sweden. Good condition. May show some signs of age. Please pay attention to the photographs.
