Small table model “Artona,” designed by Afra and Tobia Scarpa for Maxalto in the 1970s, an expression of the most sophisticated Italian design. The top in walnut burl, with rich and deep grain, reflects the cabinet-making tradition reinterpreted in a modern key. The central base in black lacquered metal introduces a graphic and sculptural contrast, a distinctive feature of the series. Made by Maxalto, a brand of excellence of the B&B Italia group.
