Multifunctional bookcase produced by Bränntorps between the 1950s and 1960s, made of teak and featuring a structure that combines storage elements and writing surface. The composition is developed on several levels: lower section with sliding doors and central drawers, upper section with flap and organized open compartments, completed by an open bookcase. The presence of the lockable flap and internal compartments reflects a functional focus typical of Scandinavian production of the period. The design maintains a balance between modernist rigor and a certain decorative sensibility, evident in the shaped drawer fronts and woodwork. Good condition. May show some signs of aging.
