Set of four Danish-made 1960s chairs, an expression of essential and well-calibrated modernist design. The teak frame, characterized by exposed joints and sharp proportions, reflects the quality of Scandinavian craftsmanship of the period. The rigorous lines and balance between solids and voids recall the design language of designers such as Børge Mogensen and Erik Buch, as well as the production of Danish manufactures such as Korup and Vamo. Upholstered seat and back, upholstered in black leather, create an elegant textural contrast with the warmth of wood. Good condition. May show some signs of time.
