Armchair model “300” designed by Arne Hovmand-Olsen and produced by A.R. Klingenberg in the 1950s, a mature expression of Danish modernism. The teak frame, with its fluid, sculpted lines, highlights the high quality of execution and attention to detail typical of Nordic production of the period. The rattan seat and back have been remade in respect of the original weave, preserving the formal and material balance of the whole. The light proportions and studied inclination return a welcoming seat, a synthesis of the search between aesthetics and functionality characteristic of postwar Danish design. Good condition. May show signs of aging. Please pay attention to the photographs.
