Set of six chairs designed by Yngve Ekström, manufactured in Sweden in the 1960s by Gemla. The solid wood frame is defined by essential lines and balanced proportions, with slightly arched uprights and a back with horizontal crosspieces that lends rhythm and lightness to the whole. The seat is made of woven leather, a solution that combines solidity and flexibility, introducing a more pronounced materiality than the clean lines of the structure. The contrast between the warm tone of the wood and the black of the leather reinforces the graphic character of the model.
