Vintage Scandinavian mahogany and iron bedside table, model “Rolf” designed for IKEA in 1961. The wooden body, with warm, regular grain, is supported by a black iron frame with cross bracing and a gridded lower shelf. The drawer is embellished with a curved brass handle, an elegant detail that dialogues with the graphic rigor of the metal structure, an expression of 1960s Nordic functionalism.
Good condition. May show some signs of aging. Please pay attention to the photographs.
